In Tuesday's league outing, the Northside Grizzlies (Fort Smith, AR) basketball squad beat the visiting Rogers Mountaineers (Rogers, AR), by a margin of 60-49.
The Grizzlies (11-7) will now prepare for their outing against Southside (Fort Smith, AR). The Mavericks go into the 6A West outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Southside was topped by Bentonville West (Centerton, AR), 72-40, in a league outing.
The Mountaineers now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Bentonville West for a 6A West outing on Friday, January 13. Rogers will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 60-38 league win over Rogers Heritage (Rogers, AR). The Wolverines record now stands at 16-1.
