Louisiana High School Basketball - Winnfield tops Red River

Winnfield Tigers (Winnfield, LA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Red River Bulldogs (Coushatta, LA), 72-55 in a league bout.
With the victory, Winnfield upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Many (Many, LA) to play the Tigers in a 2A District 3 bout on Friday, January 13. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 1-4.
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Lakeview Gators (Campti, LA) in a 2A District 3 bout, on Friday, January 13. Red River will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record.
