In Tuesday's league outing, the Allen Eagles (Allen, TX) basketball squad felled the visiting Prosper Eagles (Prosper, TX), by a margin of 58-40.
The Eagles (21-5) will now prepare for their outing against Little Elm (Little Elm, TX). The Lobos go into the 6A Region I District 5 outing with a 19-5 record. In their last outing, Little Elm was beaten by Braswell (Little Elm, TX), 60-51, in a league outing.
The Eagles now own a 12-12 record. They play next when they host McKinney for a 6A Region I District 5 outing on Friday, January 13. Prosper will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 56-37 league win over Guyer (Denton, TX). The Lions record now stands at 15-7.
