In Friday's league outing, the Allen Eagles (Allen, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Prosper Eagles (Prosper, TX), by a margin of 65-29.
The Eagles (25-7) will now prepare for their outing against Guyer (Denton, TX). The Wildcats go into the 6A Region I District 5 outing with a 12-13 record. In their last outing, Guyer was trounced by McKinney (McKinney, TX), 50-41, in a league outing.
The Eagles now own a 15-15 record. They play next when they travel to Braswell for a 6A Region I District 5 outing on Saturday, February 4. Prosper will clash with a Bengals squad coming off a 53-46 league loss to Little Elm (Little Elm, TX). The Bengals record now stands at 24-7.
