Utah High School Basketball - Providence Hall beaten by American Leadership Academy

In Tuesday's league match, the host American Leadership Academy Eagles basketball team scored a good 42-28 triumph over the Providence Hall Patriots.

In their next game, the Eagles meet the Juan Diego Catholic Soaring Eagle (Draper, UT) in a 3A Region 15 match, on Thursday, January 12. American Leadership Academy will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Soaring Eagle enter the match with a 6-9 record after their 60-48 league loss to Judge Memorial (Salt Lake City, UT).

With the defeat, Providence Hall moves to 3-11 on the year. The Patriots host Summit Academy (Bluffdale, UT) to meet the Bears in a 3A Region 15 match on Thursday, January 12. The Bears enter the match with a record of 5-8. Summit Academy lost 52-43 in their recent non-league match against North Summit (Coalville, UT)
