Georgia High School Basketball - Bleckley County trounces Jefferson County

The Bleckley County Royals (Cochran, GA) basketball crushed the host Jefferson County Warriors (Louisville, GA), 55-34 in Tuesday's league test.
The Royals (8-6) will now prepare for their test against Dublin (Dublin, GA). The Fighting Irish go into the A D1 Region 2 test with a 5-7 record. In their last test, Dublin walloped West Laurens (Dexter, GA), 49-42, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they host East Laurens for a A D1 Region 2 test on Friday, January 13. Jefferson County will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 55-39 non-league win over Johnson County (Wrightsville, GA). The Falcons record now stands at 8-5.
