The Gospel Light Christian (Walkertown, NC) basketball nipped the host Cramerton Christian Academy Crusaders (Cramerton, NC), 52-46 in Tuesday's league test.

The (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Central Carolina Prep (Burlington, NC). The Defenders go into the non-league test with a 8-4 record.

The Crusaders now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Calvary Christian for a non-league test on Friday, January 13. Cramerton Christian Academy will encounter a Cougar squad coming off a 46-22 league win over Fayetteville Street Christian (Asheboro, NC). The Cougar record now stands at 5-4.
