The Lake Dallas Falcons basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Denton Broncos to 35 in the Falcons league triumph on Tuesday.

The Falcons now sport a 11-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Birdville for a 5A Region I District 7 contest on Friday, January 13. Lake Dallas will battle a Hawks team coming off a 48-14 league loss to Colleyville Heritage (Colleyville, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 13-11.

The Broncos (13-12) will now prepare for their contest against Argyle (Argyle, TX). The Eagles enter the 5A Region I District 7 contest with a 22-3 record. In their last contest, Argyle ran past Grapevine (Grapevine, TX), 75-26, in a league contest.
