Texas High School Basketball - Denton knocked off by Lake Dallas

The Lake Dallas Falcons basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Denton Broncos to 37 in the Falcons league triumph on Friday.
The Falcons now sport a 15-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Colleyville Heritage for a 5A Region I District 7 contest on Saturday, February 4. Lake Dallas will battle a Panthers team coming off a 61-37 league win over Birdville (North Richland Hills, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 14-14.
The Broncos (14-17) will now prepare for their contest against Argyle (Argyle, TX). The Eagles enter the 5A Region I District 7 contest with a 29-3 record. In their last contest, Argyle ran past Ryan (Denton, TX), 75-34, in a league contest.
