The Lord Botetourt Cavaliers (Daleville, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Northside Vikings (Roanoke, VA), 78-47 in Tuesday's league test.
The Cavaliers (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Salem (Salem, VA). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Salem was trounced by Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA), 57-37, in a league test.
The Vikings now own a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Cave Spring for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 11. Northside will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 56-21 league loss to Pulaski County (Dublin, VA). The Knights record now stands at 10-3.
