The Trojans now possess a 19-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Petrolia for a 2A Region II District 9 battle on Friday, January 13. Windthorst will confront a Pirates team coming off a 44-43 league win over Seymour (Seymour, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 17-7.
The Cubs (12-9) will now prepare for their battle against Archer City (Archer City, TX). The Wildcats come into the 2A Region II District 9 battle with a 3-15 record. In their last battle, Archer City was overwhelmed by Nocona (Nocona, TX), 85-19, in a league battle.
