With the win, Tri-County upgrades its record to 3-5 on the season. The Penguins host Rio (Rio, WI) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 12. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 7-4. Rio won 56-37 in their recent league bout against Fall River (Fall River, WI)

Next up, the Blackhawks clash with the Pittsville Panthers (Pittsville, WI) in a Central Wisconsin - South bout, on Friday, January 13. Port Edwards will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record.
