In Wednesday's league outing, the Lakeview Charter Lions (Sylmar, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Bert Corona Charter Knights (Pacoima, CA), by a margin of 66-13.

The Lions (5-10) will now prepare for their outing against CHAMPS (Van Nuys, CA). The Panthers go into the North Valley outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, CHAMPS smashed Valley Oaks CES (Sun Valley, CA), 56-26, in a league outing.

The Knights now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Triumph Charter for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 11. Bert Corona Charter will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 67-39 league win over Community Charter (Lakeview Terrace, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 16-3.
