Georgia High School Basketball - Wesleyan knocked off by Gilmer

The Gilmer Bobcats basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Wesleyan Wolves to 55 in the Bobcats league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bobcats now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Hall for a AAA Region 7 contest on Friday, January 12. Gilmer will battle a Spartans team coming off a 60-44 league loss to Wesleyan (Norcross, GA). The Spartans record now stands at 4-10.
The Wolves (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Pickens (Jasper, GA). The Dragons enter the AAA Region 7 contest with a 12-5 record. In their last contest, Pickens ran past White County (Cleveland, GA), 73-55, in a league contest.
