The James Kenan Tigers (Warsaw, NC) basketball crushed the host South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC), 68-43 in Wednesday's league test.
The Tigers (6-3) will now prepare for their test against East Duplin (Beulaville, NC). The Panthers go into the 2A East Central test with a 1-8 record.
The Blue Devils now own a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Kinston for a 2A East Central test on Thursday, January 11. South Lenoir will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 64-50 league win over Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 10-2.
