New Jersey High School Basketball - Atlantic City trounced by Mainland Regional

In Wednesday's league match, the visiting Mainland Regional Mustangs basketball team scored a decisive 72-49 triumph over the Atlantic City Vikings.

In their next game, the Mustangs meet the Trenton Catholic Academy (Trenton, NJ) in a non-league match, on Thursday, January 11. Mainland Regional will attempt to move on its 10-0 season record. The enter the match with a 8-2 record after their 65-39 league win over Westampton Tech (Westampton, NJ).

With the defeat, Atlantic City moves to 0-7 on the year. The Vikings travel to Millville (Millville, NJ) to meet the Thunderbolts in a non-league match on Friday, January 12. The Thunderbolts enter the match with a record of 4-5.
