North Carolina High School Basketball - Forestview routs North Gaston

January 10, 2024: Dallas, NC 28034

In Wednesday's league outing, the Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC), by a count of 67-39.

The Jaguars (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC). The Greenwave go into the 3A Big South outing with a 3-8 record. In their last outing, Ashbrook was crushed by Crest (Shelby, NC), 63-35, in a league outing.

The Wildcats now hold a 3-10 record. They play next when they host Kings Mountain for a 3A Big South outing on Friday, January 12. North Gaston will clash with a Mountaineers squad coming off a 58-14 league loss to Huss (Gastonia, NC). The Mountaineers record now stands at 0-9.
