With the win, Northern Guilford upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Nighthawks host Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC) to confront the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 12. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 6-4. Western Guilford won 40-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Grimsley (Greensboro, NC)

Next up, the Cowboys confront the Ragsdale Tigers (Jamestown, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 12. Southwest Guilford will attempt to improve on its 8-2 season record.
