In Friday's league contest, the visiting Memorial Warriors basketball team scored a good 80-60 triumph over the Frisco Raccoons.

The Warriors (15-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lebanon Trail (Frisco, TX). The Trail Blazers go into the 5A Region II District 11 contest with a 9-13 record. In their last contest, Lebanon Trail was topped by Independence (Frisco, TX), 65-31, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Raccoons battle the Liberty Redhawks (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region II District 11 contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Frisco will attempt to better on its 5-16 season record. The Redhawks go into the contest with a 15-9 record after their 56-51 league win over Emerson (McKinney, TX).
