In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Grassfield Grizzlies basketball team scored a big 62-36 win over the Indian River Braves.
The Grizzlies (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Hickory (Chesapeake, VA). The Hawks come into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Hickory was trounced by Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA), 46-34, in a non-league contest.
