In Friday's league outing, the visiting Temecula Valley Golden Bears soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Chaparral Pumas.

The Golden Bears (5-5) will now prepare for their outing against Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA). The Rams go into the Southwestern outing with a 2-7 record. In their last outing, Murrieta Mesa was overwhelmed by Murrieta Valley (Murrieta, CA), 4-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Pumas play the Great Oak Wolfpack (Temecula, CA) in a Southwestern outing, on Wednesday, January 15. Chaparral will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Wolfpack go into the outing with a 9-4 record after their 2-1 league win over Vista Murrieta (Murrieta, CA).
