The Golden Bears (7-8) will now prepare for their outing against Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA). The Rams go into the Southwestern outing with a 2-13 record. In their last outing, Murrieta Mesa was edged by Murrieta Valley (Murrieta, CA), 3-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Pumas confront the Great Oak Wolfpack (Temecula, CA) in a Southwestern outing, on Friday, January 31. Chaparral will attempt to improve on its 8-5 season record. The Wolfpack go into the outing with a 12-5 record after their 1-1 league Vista Murrieta (Murrieta, CA).
