The Fennimore Golden Eagles topped the host Riverdale Chieftains basketball team by a final score of 59-41 in Tuesday's league game.
In their next game, the Golden Eagles face the Cuba City Cubans (Cuba City, WI) in a Southwest Wisconsin Activities game, on Friday, January 14. Fennimore will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Cubans enter the game with a 7-5 record after their 80-41 league loss to Mineral Point (Mineral Point, WI).
With the defeat, Riverdale moves to 3-13 on the year. The Chieftains travel to Darlington (Darlington, WI) to face the Redbirds in a Southwest Wisconsin Activities game on Friday, January 14. The Redbirds enter the game with a record of 8-5.
