The Naperville North Huskies (Naperville, IL) basketball nipped the host Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL), 45-39 in Wednesday's league test.
The Huskies (11-8) will now prepare for their test against Oswego (Oswego, IL). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 7-13 record. In their last test, Oswego got by Plainfield South (Plainfield, IL), 63-47, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 8-8 record. They play next when they travel to Marian Catholic for a non-league test on Saturday, January 14. Waubonsie Valley will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 62-56 league loss to Marist (Chicago, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 13-6.
