California High School Basketball - Casa Roble can't hold off Dixon

The Dixon Rams basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the host Casa Roble Rams to 35 in the Rams league victory on Wednesday.

The Rams now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mesa Verde for a Golden Empire League contest on Friday, January 13. Dixon will battle a Mavericks team coming off a 67-18 league loss to Pioneer (Woodland, CA). The Mavericks record now stands at 4-8.

The Rams (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Mira Loma (Sacramento, CA). The Matadors come into the Golden Empire League contest with a 0-13 record. In their last contest, Mira Loma was nudged by Rio Linda (Rio Linda, CA), 56-14, in a league contest.
