With the victory, Prince of Peace improves its record to 14-9 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to McKinney Christian Academy (McKinney, TX) to play the Mustangs in a TAPPS 4A District 2 challenge on Saturday, January 13. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 15-9. McKinney Christian Academy won 68-58 in their recent league challenge against Shelton (Dallas, TX)

Next up, the Vikings play the All Saints Episcopal Trojans (Tyler, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 13. Vanguard College Prep will attempt to improve on its 9-6 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 9-13 record after their 44-36 league loss to Brook Hill (Bullard, TX).
