The Prince of Peace Eagles basketball team scored 36 points and restricted the host Vanguard College Prep Vikings to 28 in the Eagles league victory on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 21-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host McKinney Christian Academy for a TAPPS 4A District 2 contest on Saturday, February 3. Prince of Peace will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 84-39 league win over Shelton (Dallas, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 21-10.

The Vikings (9-13) will now prepare for their contest against All Saints Episcopal (Tyler, TX). The Trojans come into the TAPPS 4A District 2 contest with a 10-19 record. In their last contest, All Saints Episcopal was defeated by Brook Hill (Bullard, TX), 37-31, in a league contest.
