The Corry Beavers (Corry, PA) basketball felled the visiting Oil City Oilers (Oil City, PA), 48-32 in Thursday's league test.
The Beavers (5-4) will now prepare for their test against Franklin (Franklin, PA). The Knights go into the District 10 Region 5 test with a 7-5 record.
The Oilers now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Titusville for a non-league test on Monday, January 15. Oil City will encounter a Rockets squad coming off a 58-13 league loss to Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 1-8.
