Texas High School Basketball - North Lamar nips Paris

In Saturday's league contest, the host North Lamar Panthers basketball team scored a close 52-46 win over the Paris Wildcats.
The Panthers (16-8) will now prepare for their contest against Bonham (Bonham, TX). The Warriors come into the 4A Region II District 14 contest with a 14-9 record. In their last contest, Bonham was tipped by Pleasant Grove (Texarkana, TX), 74-44, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Sulphur Springs Wildcats (Sulphur Springs, TX) in a 4A Region II District 14 contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Paris will attempt to better on its 14-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the contest with a 15-8 record after their 74-52 league win over Pittsburg (Pittsburg, TX).
