The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Tuscaloosa Academy Knights (Tuscaloosa, AL) and the visiting Northside Rams (Northport, AL), observed Tuscaloosa Academy's basketball team knock off Northside by a score of 60-52.
The Knights (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Isabella (Maplesville, AL). The Mustangs come into the 2A Area 7 challenge with a 0-9 record.
In their next game, the Rams encounter the Wenonah Dragons (Birmingham, AL) in a 5A Area 9 challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Northside will attempt to improve on its 14-5 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 14-7 record after their 68-59 league win over Sipsey Valley (Buhl, AL).
