The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Oswego East Wolves (Oswego, IL) and the visiting Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL), observed Oswego East's basketball team knock off Oswego by a score of 60-46.

The Wolves (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Romeoville (Romeoville, IL). The Spartans come into the SouthWest Prairie challenge with a 6-9 record. In their last challenge, Romeoville dropped by Bolingbrook (Bolingbrook, IL), 62-55, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Joliet West Tigers (Joliet, IL) in a SouthWest Prairie challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Oswego will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 12-5 record after their 80-66 non-league win over Warren Township (Gurnee, IL).
