California High School Basketball - Ganesha ripped by Edgewood

The Edgewood Lions basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Ganesha Giants to 4 in the Lions league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garey for a Miramonte contest on Tuesday, January 17. Edgewood will meet a Vikings team coming off a 65-35 non-league win over Samueli Academy (Santa Ana, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 9-4.

The Giants (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against La Puente (La Puente, CA). The Warriors enter the Miramonte contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, La Puente triumphed over Bassett (La Puente, CA), 54-37, in a league contest.
