With the victory, Greater Cabarrus Stallions upgrades its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Stallions travel to North Charlotte (Charlotte, NC) to play the Lions in a North Carolina Home Education - West challenge on Friday, January 13. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 5-7. North Charlotte won 74-68 in their recent league challenge against Forsyth Home Educators (Winston-Salem, NC)

Next up, the Cougars play the New Garden Friends Bears (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. South Guilford HomeSchool will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 14-4 record after their 64-60 non-league win over Carolina Day (Asheville, NC).
