Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Palatine Pirates (Palatine, IL), 56-33 in a league bout.

With the victory, Barrington upgrades its record to 15-6 on the campaign. The Fillies/Broncos travel to Fremd (Palatine, IL) to play the Vikings in a Mid-Suburban - West bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 18-2. Fremd won 48-33 in their recent league bout against Conant (Hoffman Estates, IL)

Next up, the Pirates play the Maine East Blue Demons (Park Ridge, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 14. Palatine will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record.
