Virginia High School Basketball - New Kent trounces Bruton

The New Kent Trojans (New Kent, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Bruton Panthers (Williamsburg, VA), 60-31 in Thursday's league test.
The Trojans (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Tabb (Yorktown, VA). The Tigers go into the Bay Rivers test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Tabb was trounced by York (Yorktown, VA), 41-29, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 0-11 record. They play next when they host Lafayette for a Bay Rivers test on Tuesday, January 17. Bruton will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 38-28 league loss to Warhill (Williamsburg, VA). The Rams record now stands at 11-4.
