Foothill Falcons (Pleasanton, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Livermore Cowboys (Livermore, CA), 67-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Foothill upgrades its record to 13-5 on the season. The Falcons host Dublin (Dublin, CA) to play the Gaels in a East Bay bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Gaels go into the bout with a record of 16-3. Dublin won 55-44 in their recent league bout against Monte Vista (Danville, CA)

Next up, the Cowboys play the Newark Memorial Cougars (Newark, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 15. Livermore will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record.
