Connecticut High School Basketball - Lyman Memorial winner over Putnam

The Lyman Memorial Bulldogs (Lebanon, CT) basketball felled the visiting Putnam Clippers (Putnam, CT), 49-36 in Friday's league test.

The Bulldogs (2-7) will now prepare for their test against Windham (Willimantic, CT). The Whippets go into the non-league test with a 5-4 record.

The Clippers now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Killingly for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 17. Putnam will encounter a Redmen squad coming off a 68-44 league win over Bacon Academy (Colchester, CT). The Redmen record now stands at 3-5.
