The Waynesboro Little Giants tipped the host Riverheads Gladiators basketball team by a final score of 45-41 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Little Giants face the Harrisonburg Blue Streaks (Harrisonburg, VA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, January 18. Waynesboro will attempt to move on its 2-12 season record.

With the defeat, Riverheads moves to 3-11 on the year. The Gladiators travel to Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA) to face the Bison in a Shenandoah game on Tuesday, January 16.
