The Willamette Valley Christian Warriors basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting St. Paul Buckaroos to 44 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Paul for a 1A Casco contest on Friday, January 12. Willamette Valley Christian will meet a Buckaroos team coming off a 52-36 league win over Lewis Academy (Newberg, OR). The Buckaroos record now stands at 6-7.

The Buckaroos (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Willamette Valley Christian (Brooks, OR). The Warriors enter the 1A Casco contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Willamette Valley Christian ran past Lewis Academy (Newberg, OR), 50-40, in a league contest.
