The Willamette Valley Christian Warriors (Brooks, OR) basketball knocked off the visiting St. Paul Buckaroos (St. Paul, OR), 54-44 in Friday's league test.
The Warriors (12-5) will now prepare for their test against Jewell (Seaside, OR). The Bluejays go into the test with a 0-0 record.
The Buckaroos now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Umpqua Valley Christian for a non-league contest on Monday, January 15. St. Paul will meet a Monarchs team coming off a 61-30 league win over Myrtle Point (Myrtle Point, OR). The Monarchs record now stands at 5-11.
