The Sulligent Blue Devils basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Lamar County Bulldogs to 30 in the Blue Devils league triumph on Friday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fayette County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 16. Sulligent will meet a Tigers team coming off a 67-45 league loss to Winfield (Winfield, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 8-12.

The Bulldogs (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Berry (Berry, AL). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 1-11 record.
