The West Limestone Wildcats basketball team (Lester, AL), was nudged 49-47 in Friday's league battle with the visiting St. John Paul II Falcons (Huntsville, AL)

The Falcons now sport a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Hope for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 16. St. John Paul II will battle a Indians team coming off a 52-41 league win over Kate Duncan Smith DAR (Grant, AL). The Indians record now stands at 8-9.

The Wildcats (9-13) will now prepare for their battle against Tanner (Tanner, AL). The Rattlers come into the non-league battle with a 2-15 record. In their last battle, Tanner was nudged by Whitesburg Christian Academy (Huntsville, AL), 55-13, in a league battle.
