Valley Christian Academy Lions (Santa Maria, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Coast Union Broncos (Cambria, CA), 65-33 in a league bout.

With the win, Valley Christian Academy upgrades its record to 11-7 on the season. The Lions host Cuyama Valley (New Cuyama, CA) to play the Bears in a Coast Valley bout on Monday, January 16. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 3-6.

Next up, the Broncos play the San Luis Obispo Classical Academy Grizzlies (San Luis Obispo, CA) in a Coast Valley bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Coast Union will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record.
