The Panthers now possess a 18-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cumby for a 2A Region II District 15 battle on Tuesday, January 17. North Hopkins will confront a Trojans team coming off a 64-38 league win over Fruitvale (Fruitvale, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 8-8.

The Eagles (10-14) will now prepare for their battle against Alba-Golden (Alba, TX). The Panthers go into the 2A Region II District 15 outing with a 9-11 record. In their last outing, Alba-Golden was trounced by Cooper (Cooper, TX), 56-43, in a league outing.
