With the victory, North Little Rock upgrades its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Charging Wildcats host Bryant (Bryant, AR) to play the Hornets in a 6A Central challenge on Wednesday, January 25. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 9-4.

Next up, the Hurricane play the First Assembly Christian Crusaders (Cordova, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 16. Jonesboro will attempt to upgrade on its 15-3 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 11-3 record after their 73-68 league win over Evangelical Christian (Cordova, TN).
