The Mountain Brook Spartans routed the host Shades Valley Mounties basketball team by a final score of 71-44 in Friday's league game.
Coming up next, the Spartans confront the Pell City Panthers (Pell City, AL) in a 6A Area 10 battle, on Tuesday, January 17. Mountain Brook will attempt to improve on its 14-6 season record.
