In Friday's league outing, the Appleton North Lightning (Appleton, WI) basketball squad nipped the host Kimberly Papermakers (Kimberly, WI), by a margin of 63-62.
The Lightning (6-6) will now prepare for their outing against Appleton East (Appleton, WI). The Patriots go into the Fox Valley outing with a 7-8 record. In their last outing, Appleton East got by Oshkosh North (Oshkosh, WI), 68-34, in a league outing.
