The Danbury Panthers basketball team (Danbury, TX), was overwhelmed 88-25 in Friday's league battle with the host Boling Bulldogs (Boling, TX)
The Bulldogs now possess a 20-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hempstead for a 3A Region III District 24 battle on Tuesday, January 17. Boling will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 86-6 league win over Hitchcock (Hitchcock, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 4-10.
The Panthers (4-19) will now prepare for their battle against East Bernard (East Bernard, TX). The Brahmas come into the 3A Region III District 24 battle with a 14-12 record. In their last battle, East Bernard trounced Van Vleck (Van Vleck, TX), 48-31, in a league battle.
