Florida High School Basketball - Taylor can't hold off First Academy

The First Academy Eagles basketball team scored 21 points and held the host Taylor Wildcats to 20 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seven Rivers Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17. First Academy will battle a Warriors team coming off a 51-19 non-league win over Universal Academy (Tampa, FL). The Warriors record now stands at 12-2.
The Wildcats (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Crooms Academy (Sanford, FL). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Crooms Academy nudged International Community (Winter Park, FL), 54-16, in a non-league contest.
