With the win, White Deer upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Bucks travel to Silverton (Silverton, TX) to play the Owls in a 1A Region I District 2 bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Owls go into the bout with a record of 12-8. Silverton lost 45-33 in their recent league bout against Valley (Turkey, TX)

Next up, the Tigers confront the Hedley Owls (Hedley, TX) in a 1A Region I District 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Groom will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record.
